Inspite of being the biggest blockbuster of the year and highest moneymaking movie, spider man 3 failed to work its magic on me. Believe me i am one of the biggest spidey fans ever since my childhood it aches to give a bad review to the film but it was the biggest disappointment of my movie watching life... (

I found the pace very slow. so much so that i was yawning half way through the film while i expected to be on the edge of my seat. There are no amazing action stunts unlike the first two movies and on top of it the story is hopeless, it seems that the writer is as confused as his characters. You have a good spidey turning to bad spidey and then to good again, you have a good guy turning bad, u have a bad goblin turning good and you have a young heroine who is wondering as to what she is doing and by the end of the movie even the audience is confused as to why they went for it.

I am sure kids will love it, but not the teenagers and the adults.

Watch it on a weekday in first shows if u want but don't spend too much on it...

Love can move mountains and give you the courage to keep fighting life with a smile .‘Tara Rum Pum’ is an inspirational movie on the power of love.

This is the second movie of Siddharth (of Salam Namste) and he does a pretty good job of holding on the audience to the well plotted and acted story.

Set in New York, the film tells the story of Rajveer Singh (Saif Ali Khan), his wife Radhika (Rani Mukherjee) and their two kids Champ (Ali Haji) and Princess (Angelina Idnani).

RV as he he is called , started of as a tyre changer before becoming a race star.Life comes to a full circle when after an accident he again has to change tyres to be able to sustain his living.

Only if he had planned his finances earlier he would have been in a better situation . The accident left a deep mental scar which haunts him , he looses his speed and also his race driver job.

With the turn of events RV the great is reduced to a mere pauper - evn going to the extent of lying to collect money to pay his dauhter's school fee.

A champion for now , a champion forever. You cannot take it away. With his son in the hospital and bill of $ 65k to be deposited to be able to save him - RV takes to the race track once again - This time not just to win the game of race , but also the game of his life.

Overall a nice family film with the feel good factor . However Rani looks too plum for a mini skirt early 20's look and her new hair style doesnt help :evil:

‘Tara Rum Pum’ has all the elements of a typicall Yash Raj film which banks upon love, emotions and good plot to produce box office winners all the way .Vishal-Shekhar duo music is pretty average but manages to be produce few relevant and catchy numbers - specially the theme music. It provides feelgood entertainment for family audiences and children.

Based on true encounter happened in 1993 of Maya Doras, Apurva Lakhia has came up with nice 2.15 hour thriller.

In the first half, Inspector Khan (Sanjay Dutt), Insp. Kavi (Sunil Shetty), and Javed (Arbaaz Khan), memebers of Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) present their defense before their advocate and former chief justice Dhingra (Big B).

Inspector Khan justifies how it become necessary for them to make an encounter. Maya Doras (Vivek Oberio) way back in 1987 enters in the underworld and rule over mumbai as Don of Mumbai by the order of Bhai of Dubai. His gang members Bhuva (Tushar Kapoor), Fatto (Rohit Roy), and couple of other guys successfully creats fear in the mind of people of Mumbai. They do Hafta vasuli with famous builders.

Then Maya want to rule over Mumbai alone and not with the order of bhai in dubai. It is shown that bhai in dubai calls Inspector Khan and informs the place (Lokhandwala) where Maya and his friends were hidden.

Khan this time doesnt want to arrest them but want to shoot them out in the encounter and finished the chapter. Khan went with all the police force of Mumbai.

Khan, Kavi an Javed successfully complete the operation encountering 6 people at Lokhandwala residential flats. Mr. Dhingra (Advocate) wins the case of Inspector Khan,Kavi and Naved. High court relieves the members of ATS from their charges.

Diya Mirza plays the role of Journalist and questions on the encounter of Insp. Khan.

Neha Dhupia has short role of Wife of Inspector Khan. Aarti Chhabaria plays the role of dance girl for bhai log.

Amrtia Singh, mother of Maya Doras and motivator of new gang.

There are only two songs in the film. Times of India may have given 4 star rating to the film but i would give 3 stars to this film.

All in all a good thriller by apurva lakhia

one of the most anticipated sequels of the summer, pirates of the caribbean - at the worlds end was much talked about and hugely awaited.

but unfortunately the film fails to deliver in areas that coutn most like clarity of the story,
u have people coming out from all over the place and unless u watch the movie with great intensity there is a big possibility that you will get lost

a bit about the story, the east india tradin company has decided to finish of the pirates once and for all and they have enlisted the support of the flying dutchman and its captain davie jones...
the remaining pirates under the command of barbraossa and soemtimes jack sparrow decide to fight it out.. and as is expected they come out winners.

the effects in the movie are magnificent to say the least and the film on the whole is pretty fast paced, but too many characters who dont fit into the overall scheme of things blur the story line

and ya almost forgot... the lovely Ms. Swan and Mr. Turner are always there for the wisecracks..... the film would have been unwatchable if jack sparow wasnt there.....johnny depp delivers another memorable performance as the drunk Captain Jack Sparrow

on the whole watchable movie especially for fans of Johnny Depp

I would say that Both "Sajids" has brought a really good time pass comedy, emotional and drama film. Akshaykumar Films these days are best to watch and tension free movies and can be watched with Family. Yeah the film is family entertainer.

Aarush (Akshay), Al (Fardeen) and Tanmay ( Ritesh Deshmukh) . 3 singles and very good friends and flamboyant. all 3 of them love to flirt with girls. would like to have affair with a new girl every second day. all of sudden in first 10 minutes of the film somebody drops down a baby at their home by ringing bell of home. and written on it "kutte kamine apni beti ko sambhal"............and most funniest part of the film starts there after.... what these 3 people do with baby..................No experience of maintaining baby. No idea of baby food. no idea how to clean shits of baby........................

Sajid khad has picturised the above situation very well. specially Akshay kumar makes us laugh a lot. When he goes to buy baby food is really a funny situation. baby's shit got thrown on akshay's face by ritesh was also funny..................

these 3 could not sleep because of baby and all 3 of them have loose their respective jobs. Fardeen looses lot of money on Satta bazaar...they drank a lot on that night (shown as Christmas Night). all of them blamed small little baby for these and decided to throw this baby out of their house. The left the baby outside the church in a rainy night.....

all of sudden their heart of father asked themselves what they did was right or not...all of them rush to the church to see whether somebody picked baby or not... baby was lying outside the church in water. water got into her lungs all 3 of them immediately took the baby to hospital. doctor replied chances of saving this baby is very less....

All 3 of them were ashamed of their act. Al (Fardeen khan) a muslim, who never prayed Namaz in his whole life so far, was praying Namaz first time and that too was for little baby. Akshay and Ritesh did the same. Finally their prayer worked. Baby was saved...eversince this event all 3 of them became her father. Her name was kept Angel....3 of them were very happy.. they loved the baby a lot..at least one of 3 was always there with Angel all the time........................

then twist in the story came.............................Vidhya Balan (isha) came to claim the child.. She said she is the mother of the baby..........................(Interval)...............Akshay Kumar.............Completely shocked.....................she took the child away from him...Akshay could do nothing except watching Vidya Balan taking baby away..........(Interval).....

Well,the movie in the first half is absolutely "timepass";Nothing to watch.

BUT

The movie in the later half is excellent.

An emotional movie worth watching.

Kajol,as usual,has acted very well.She suffers from "Alzheimer's disease" in the movie.

The movie has a good theme but it needs to be handled better.It lacks proper direction and is unnecessarily stretched.

Songs are good but could have been better.

On the whole,a good movie if you ignore some of the mistakes.

I liked it;but perhaps it won't be liked by everyone.

I always go through the reviews and go for the 3 hour entertainment.Because I am choosy and if the movie does not have anything to offer me...I am bored...so better to chat with friends rather than getting bored.
