What according to you are the reasons , India kicked out of T20 world cup 2009 ?

(1) Dhoni's bad captaincy
(2) IPL
(3) Absence of Virendra sehvag
(4) Over confidence

When whole India was expecting India to defend the world championship crown , MS Dhoni's team has really disappointed us a lot. Team India lost all the two matches they played in super 8 stage against strong teams like West Indies and England. Winning against Ireland and Bangladesh is not a win. If India could not win a single match in super 8 , it really doesn't deserve to be world champion again. isn't it ?
