The Sri Lankan cricket team and some members of the India team arrived in ahmedabad for the first Test starting November 16 at the Sardar Patel stadium here.

According to Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA) sources the Indian team members including Sachin Tendulkar would be arriving separately and are likely to have a training session in the afternoon at Sardar Patel stadium, Motera.
